Service Description

This Beginner's Sewing Class focuses on building basic sewing skills and confidence in your new hobby! Projects include items like bags, aprons, items for the home and simple garments to teach basic assembly methods, sewing terminology and how to alter basic patterns to customize your projects. We provide many materials, including a selection of different fabrics and notions, but you are highly encouraged to bring in your own fabric to make your projects more personal. *Please note we will be closed for classes the week of Winter Carnival. Hope you have a great time that week! **Please note that Intro to Your Sewing Machine (which is a three week course offered on Saturdays) is a prerequisite for this class unless you have spoken with the teacher. It gets everyone on the same page and gives us an opportunity to diagnose any issues you may be having with your sewing machine before getting into class.**
