Service Description

Our Beginner's Sewing Class focuses on teaching you the building blocks of sewing while instilling confidence in your new hobby! This session we will be sewing aprons out of your choice of denim or canvas. You will learn how to make basic pattern alterations to customize the fit of this apron, as well as customizing the pockets so that it holds everything you need, exactly where you need it for a garment that is truly unique to you! **Please note that this class is for people who already have a basic understanding of how to sew. If you do not know how to sew, we offer a monthly, one day class called Learn-to-Sew Saturday. We also highly recommend taking this class if you are getting back to sewing after a long time away from your machine. This course will serve as a refresher and gets everyone on the same page before entering into the more complicated projects in Beginner Sewing.
