Service Description

This class will teach participants the basics of hand sewing as they create their very own stuffed animal. From pattern cutting to straight stitch, making your own stuffed animals is within everyone's reach! The pride young sewists have when they say 'I made it!' really brings these animals to life while creating a skill base that will last them the rest of their lives. We have many colors of felt, fleece and cotton to choose from so that each child's creation is truly one of a kind! Children ages 5 and 6 are required to be accompanied by an adult helper. The one on one assistance helps them with their sewing and focus as well as giving them a knowledgeable support person when they sew at home.
